This is the group that was at Casa Guatemala during the months of
November and December and part of January, which is when they have their
¨Vacations¨ here in Guatemala. These are all the kids who either have no families
or relatives to go home to, or the kids who couldn´t go home for one reason or
another. Me and the rest of the volunteers organized and gained funding for a trip
to the water park "Valle Dorado" which these pictures show. Some of the kids
almost never leave the Casa and much less get to go to a water park so this was
quite a special trip for them (and us volunteers too). This group photo is the only
picture in this album that I actually took, because I didn´t take my camera on the
excursion. I will post the rest of the pictures from the month of November next.
